Coach Megan is the founder of Take Care Coaching. She is excited to work with you to meet your unique goals and help you become the best you that you can possibly be!

She is a Master Certified Health Education Specialist (M.C.H.E.S.®) and National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (N.B.C.-H.W.C.®) with a Master’s in Health Education from Columbia University. She has almost ten years experience in health and wellness coaching.

Her Personal Wellness Story:

"From an early age, I've witnessed family and friends suffer from sudden illness and chronic disease.  This has made a huge impact on my life. So much of what I've seen could have been prevented or better managed with healthier eating patterns, exercise, stress management, and other healthy behaviors. Through managing my own stress and life challenges, I have found success through evidence-based practices of meditation, healthy eating, and exercise. It's become my mission in life to learn as much as I can about living a healthy lifestyle so I can help others live healthier lives too."
