Take Care Coaching was founded in 2017 to meet a unique need, a need for positive change and chronic disease prevention. Obesity, cancer, and diabetes rates continue to rise each year. With an emphasis on prevention through healthy eating, exercise, stress management, and quality sleep we can reduce our risk for most chronic diseases and certain cancers. However, it can be hard to eat healthier or start to exercise. Some times we know what we need to do, such as lose weight, but aren't motivated to do it. That's where Take Care Coaching comes in. Take Care Coaching can help you reach your personal goals through telephonic and video conferencing coaching sessions.
